Shelf life 12 months at dryness at a maximum temperature of 45° F.
After opening 1 month with the refrigerator the finished Sauce is preserved at the refrigerator like a product frais.(24 /48 H00)

AVERAGE OUTPUT OF SAUCES CONCENTREES
Concentrated Sauce 4.4 oz + Water 2 cup = finished Sauce 1.32 lb grs a normal individual
Portion is approximately 1.4 oz That is to say: 15 serving for 4.4 oz concentrated sauce  and 21.1 oz finished sauce
Or: 150 serving for 2.2 lb  of concentrated sauce and 13.22 lb finished sauce kgs
These figures do not hold account of the possible additions of l utilisator (cream, butter, cognac...)

Le seau fermé avec son opercule se conserve 12 mois dans des conditions normales de stockage.
Après ouverture du seau, plusieurs semaines au réfrigérateur.
